Advanced Member Posts: 477 Apr 4 12 5:06 PM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	How are the mouse and keyboard defined within the system ? As PS/2 or USB ? Menuet has support for both but defaults to PS/2. You need to enable USB keyboard and mouse in config.mnt or during the boot-up setup.

First - in HyperV you have not the possibility to choose if you want a PS/2 or a USB mouse/keyboard. I fired up a virtualized Windows7 and the device Manager shows: Keyboard - Standard PS/2 Keyboard Mice - HID-compliant mouse Microsoft PS/2 Mouse Additional there is under "Human Interface Devices" Microsoft Virtual Machine Bus Input Device Miniport I just tried around with the parameters: # USB keyboard and mouse usb_ohci_enable = 0x000000 # 0x000 = Disabled, 0x001 = Enabled usb_uhci_enable = 0x001000 # 0x000 = Disabled, 0x001 = Enabled Any combination just shows the same effect - keyboard/mouse. I also played around with: usb_enable = 0x000000 # 0x000 = Disabled, 0x001 = Enabled and usb_legacy_disable = 0x000000 # 0x000 = Disabled, 0x001 = Enabled Any suggestions? Best regards Sony

Advanced Member Posts: 553 Apr 11 12 6:23 AM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	I noticed this line: usb_uhci_enable = 0x001000 # 0x000 = Disabled, 0x001 = Enabled you need to set this line to one not 1000 like this: usb_uhci_enable = 0x000001 # 0x000 = Disabled, 0x001 = Enabled Maybe this will help, but it is known that Microsoft is dedicated optimizing HyperV for Windows OSs only so if something else runs on it (like CentOS), you're lucky, because it happens to be on the supported-list: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library...v=ws.10%29.aspx
