"I'm talking about a FULL FAT32 driver, which allows not only to load an image from disk but browse a disk, read / write files"

The reliable hard drive access thing. Maybe YOU do not have reliable HD access.
(we've had no problems with our MenuetOS servers for months) and they boot automatically from a CD or HD then run from the HD and serve data so well that we
retired M$ for that function for good. (I'll mention they don't crash either. EVER)

COPY / RD2HD / FASM / TINYPAD and more all read and write flawlessly to every HD we've got.

As far as space on the floppy.

We put Menuet, a slideshow application and 100 jpg's on a floppy/CD as a demo.

Get "boot to application" from

http://www.geocities.com/MenuetUSA/

read the docs in the zip file prior to running the app.

The OS and ALL the files needed to do anything take up very little of the floppy.

TonyMac, Please refer to distributions as such rather than "after market hacks"

(you might cause an international incident or worse!)

FTP or HTTP access to current and archived stuff is @

Note: Compatibility has been the primary goal in our demo distros.

From all the correspondence, we've received no reports of ill effects or
questionable behavior from any of our demo distros.

Maybe after the next official release we can get Trans to update meosload for it.

Off to work, Mark & Matt
